Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.

You may cancel at any time; cancellation prevents future billing but does not refund past charges unless required by law.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
